About us

With a solid foundation of operational experience that spans well over 10 years working for the US Departments of State and Defence, NATO as well as other international agencies in war-torn, rural Afghanistan and Iraq, TAC-Pulse Emergency Response Services was born into a community, desperately in need of emergency medical service within an extremely challenging environment, both logically and economically.

In 2006, using their vast wartime experience and skills gained in these fields; they began their survey study on the Wolmaransstad and surrounding areas. This study became more comprehensive during the years to follow with an in-depth look at:

  • Compensation scales and service feasibility
  • Available Government resources (EMS & Health Services)
  • Available Private Sector resources (EMS)
  • Community interviews/survey and
  • Known/Available accident and injury numbers review

The need for a state-of-the-art private Emergency Medical Service was evident within all facets of the study. TAC-Pulse ERS officially launched on January 1, 2015, becoming Wolmaransstad’s first, professional private ambulance service. We have since expanded our services to Johannesburg areas and continue to grow our footprint.
